Abstract:
The demand for ship equipment after-sales support transitioning from passive response and scheduled maintenance to predictive maintenance and intelligent support has imposed higher requirements on its life-cycle management. Accordingly, an analysis of the requirements for ship equipment life-cycle management is conducted in this paper. Then, an overall system architecture is constructed based on after-sales support, corresponding physical and software architectures adaptable to complex scenarios are designed, and a structured approach is employed to develop the functional modules. Furthermore, the key technologies of the system are elaborated and analyzed in detail. The feasibility and effectiveness of this research have been validated through phased development and preliminary application of pilot models, providing a valuable reference for the life-cycle management of other equipment models.
